How do I send my survey?
You draft, save and send a survey as any other mail merge.
To add a survey to your mail merge click on insert survey:
You’ll see Insert/Edit Survey pop-up then select a survey from the box at the top of the screen.
Top tip! Add appropriate custom fields to contacts before sending.
To bulk set a custom field go to Contacts:
Tick then click on the triangle that accordions out to “add custom field” then bulk set:
